First Visit Cost $140.00 and follow up visits $75. Injections are offered at an additional cost. You will be evaluated by Dr. Samina Bhatti, regarding your diet/meals, weight gain/loss history, exercise/level of activity, prior attempt to diet. You will have opportunity to ask as many question you want. The visit will also include
Record your weight and height
Calculate your BMI Body mass index
Measure your body fat percentage
Check your Blood pressure
EKG to make sure you have healthy heart for age above 40
Blood test ( CMP,TSH)
Explain diet and exercise program
Give your first injection of Vitamin B12, Lipovite, (at additional cost $25.00 Per Injection )
Advice you about fat burning pills
Provide you with a two week prescription of appetite suppressing medications.
